Delivery Site Requirements
Ground must be within 24" of Level
- Purchaser is solely responsible for site preparation.
- Additional charges may occur if more than 24" of blocking is needed at highest corner.
We can set your building on blocks, gravel, or concrete.
- Any building 40' and longer must have a concrete or gravel pad within 1" - 3" of level.
- Ask your salesperson how many blocks will be needed.
Keep it Clear
- Ground must be clearly accessible, clean, dry, and firm.
- Site must be clear of obstructions such as fences, low hanging limbs, or obstacles and clear of any safety concerns such as power lines.
Purchasers are Responsible for any Permits
- We are not responsible for city permits, property line information, HOA permissions, etc.
- Contact your local city hall or Codes Office to verify regulations regarding outdoor storage buildings.

We strive for complete customer satisfaction and our equipment allows us to maneuver your building where you want it, when you want it.
Skids allow for transport of your portable building.
Building size and delivery sites determine the type and number of concrete blocks. Ask us how many blocks you need when you purchase your building.

- If you buy your building off-lot, delivery takes approximately 7 to 10 business days weather permitting.
- Once your contract is received, we will call to schedule a delivery time that works for you!
- Clear the way
- Make sure delivery personnel have room to put your building in place.
- Remove obstacles
- Have permission from your HOA, Code Enforcement, or County
Customers will receive a verification call from the manufacturer within 7-14 business days following order placement to arrange delivery.
- For cash sales your final balance is due on delivery.
- Rent-to-Own payments will be made to the Rent-to-Own Company on a monthly basis following delivery.
