Beyond the Backyard is a dealer of portable buildings, sheds, carports, garages, cabins, and related structures manufactured by third-party manufacturers.
Beyond the Backyard does not manufacture the buildings or structures sold through our dealership. Manufacturing, construction, and warranty services are provided by the respective manufacturers.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website are accurate.
However:
- Images may include upgrades or optional features.
- Colors, materials, and finishes may vary.
- Specifications may change without notice from the manufacturer.
Customers should confirm all details before placing an order.
3. Pricing
All pricing provided by Beyond the Backyard is subject to change without notice due to manufacturer pricing adjustments, material costs, or other factors.
Quotes provided to customers are typically valid for a limited time and may expire.
Taxes, permits, site preparation, and additional delivery requirements may not be included unless explicitly stated.
4. Deposits and Payments
Orders may require a deposit at the time of purchase. Deposits secure materials, production slots, or installation scheduling.
By placing an order and paying a deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the contract and to the cancellation policies listed below.
5. Cancellation Policy
-Rent-to-Own Orders
Deposits for rent-to-own buildings are non-refundable after 48 hours from the time the order is placed.
If cancellation occurs after the 48-hour period, the deposit will not be refunded.
-Carport Orders
Deposits for carport orders are non-refundable after 7 days from the time the order is placed.
After this 7-day period, deposits will not be refunded regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Changes in installation timelines
- Scheduling delays
- Customer site readiness
- Personal circumstances
-Custom Building Orders
Custom-built buildings are manufactured specifically for the customer’s order.
If a custom building has already been completed and the customer cancels the order, the customer may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Any remaining balance paid beyond the restocking fee will be refunded.
6. Delivery and Installation
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Manufacturing schedules
- Weather conditions
- Transportation availability
- Installer scheduling
- Site accessibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their site is prepared and accessible for delivery and installation.
Additional charges may apply if:
- The site is not ready
- Obstacles prevent delivery
- A second delivery attempt is required
7. Manufacturer Warranties
Warranty coverage for buildings or structures is provided by the manufacturer, not Beyond the Backyard.
Warranty terms, coverage, and claim processes are determined by the manufacturer.
Beyond the Backyard may assist customers in contacting manufacturers but is not responsible for warranty fulfillment or repair services.
8. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website
- Interfere with website functionality
- Use the website for fraudulent purposes
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
